Format of participation (format of a virtual stand)
Economic:
full designation of an organization, graphic image of a logotype;
graphic image of a stand;
price-list;
text information up to 3 000 characters (with spaces) about direction of activity, manufactured products (rendered services), offers for cooperation, any other data about organization;
contact information.
Business:
full designation of an organization, graphic image of a logotype;
graphic image of a stand;
price-list;
text information up to 5 000 characters (with spaces) and graphic information up to 10 graphic elements about direction of activity, manufactured products (rendered services), offers for cooperation, any other data about organization;
contact information.
Prestige:
full designation of an organization, graphic image of a logotype;
graphic image of a stand;

price-list;
text information up to 7 000 characters (with spaces) and graphic information up to 20 graphic elements about direction of activity, manufactured products (rendered services), offers for cooperation, any other data about organization;

Terms of placement and cost of participation
Cost is specified in BYR inclusive of VAT for the residents of the Republic of Belarus.
Documents necessary for participation have to be sent after submission of an application (see section «Application of a participant»).
Requirements to submitted documents:
Graphic image of a participant’s logotype:
Documents in formats .cdr, .al or .png, jpg, .gif, size should not exceed 100 kb.
Graphic image of a participant’s stand:
Ready-made images in formats .jpg, .gif, .png which size should not exceed 500 Kb. If ready-made image is absent it is necessary to submit photos in formats .jpg, .gif which size should not exceed 500 Kb each (stand will be developed on the basis of submitted photos).
Price-list is formed on the basis of documents (allowed formats: .doc, .xls, .pdf) which size don’t exceed 300 Kb.
Graphic images about goods/services are accepted in formats
Graphic files in formats .jpg, .gif (width – up to 700 pixels, height – up to 700 pixels) which size should not exceed 500 Kb, flash animation.
Presentations are formed on the basis of documents submitted in formats Power Point and Flash, size of submitted documents should not exceed 500 Kb.
Information is placed in the following order:
1. Submit application in section «Application of a participant».
2. After application is received the organizer draws and sends set of documents to an applicant: contract, calculation, list of necessary materials to create a stand.
3. An applicant prepares and sends to the organizer drawn contract and set of necessary materials to form a stand, performs payment in accordance with invoice.
4. The organizer processes and places information within 7 working days from the moment point 3 is fulfilled.
5. Information is renewed by request of a participant, but not more than once a month.
